红色资源是中国共产党人精神谱系的重要载体，活化利用是传承红色基因、推动红色精神价值有效转化的关键路径。百色起义精神是极具边疆民族特色的宝贵红色资源，根植于土地革命战争时期党在西南边疆少数民族地区领导武装起义的革命实践，凝练出以百折不挠、实事求是、依靠群众、团结奋斗为核心的精神内涵。对百色起义精神的活化利用，不仅是对红色资源的创造性开发，更是对革命精神的时代赓续。新时代推动百色起义精神落地转化，可经由多维路径实现价值赋能：将其转化为党性教育优势资源，淬炼新时代党的政治品格；以此赋能革命老区发展，激发乡村振兴与共同富裕的内生动力；凝聚各族群众思想共识，铸牢中华民族共同体意识；深度融入思政教育体系，传承红色基因，培育时代新人；依托数字技术，拓宽红色文化传播场域，实现红色资源永续利用；深度嵌入基层与边疆治理实践，涵养共治共享的基层治理生态。

Red resources constitute an important carrier of the spiritual lineage of the Chinese Communists.Activation and utilization are the key pathways to inherit the red gene and promote the effective transformation of the spiritual value of red resources.The spirit of the Baise Uprising is a valuable red resource with distinctive ethnic characteristics of the border region.It is rooted in the revolutionary practice of the party's leading armed uprisings in ethnic minority areas along the southwestern border during the Agrarian Revolution War,and was condensed into the core spiritual connotation of perseverance,seeking truth from facts, reliance on the people,and unity in struggle.The activation and utilization of the spirit of the Baise Uprising is not only the creative development of red resources,but also the continuation of the revolutionary spirit. In the new era, promoting the transformation of the spirit of the Baise Uprising can realize value empowerment through multi-dimensional paths:transforming it into Party spirit education resources to refine the Party's political character in the new era;empowering the development of the old revolutionary base areas to activate the endogenous power of rural revitalization and common prosperity; cohering the ideological consensus of the masses of all ethnic groups and building a sense of community for the Chinese nation; deeply integrating into the ideological and political education system to inherit the red gene,and cultivate new people of the times;relying on digital technology to broaden dissemination boundaries of red culture and realize the sustainable utilization of red resources;and embedding grassroots and frontier governance practices to cultivate a shared governance ecology.
